Hi there, a guy named Barry Vincent is trying to sell a vehicle using the Amazon Payments scam.

Same guy just contacted me this morning, offering the same thing!
He also texted me first asking me to email him back...his cell phone number is 760-979-1076. Looked it up and he is based out of California, so immediately I knew something was up (although it was already obvious since he offered to pay $800 above the asking price). I emailed him and told him if he contacted me again I would report him to the police! Thought I don't even know if I can really do that..hope no one gets caught in this guys trap! |

I just wanted to ad some info to this topic. This guy is cutting and pasting the same scamy message but changing the vehicle info. Here's the series of email. Everytime, I asked him for the VIN number...

| i'm getting the same emails from a millergreg44@gmail.com, he offers me extra for my car, then asks to pay me thru PayPal. then i get an email sayin the funds are being held. PayPal DOES NOT hold funds, transactions are immediate |

 yes i can definitely confirm this guy bronson truck sales @ 420 trigg ave in memphis is a fraud i been naively desparate for a ride after a totaling my truck and was suckered in to wiring this guy money only to come home and find this complaint board along with a couple of other red flags like google maps doesnt show a dealership at that adress for one and also the "third party Amazon financial" that is to be handling the funds transfer has nothing to with amazon themselves..... called them to verify long story short ran back to the bank retracted my funds back in to my account and now its war i will not stop until these bastards are behind bars........opened fraud investigation in uk with barclays bank ( which is where the fund were to go)...now i am in the process of contacting fbi fraud investigations in memphis tennesse. i have started a fraud investigation with my bank. i will also contact canadian better bussiness burue to make sure this ends here. sure they suckered me in to making the the payment but now its payback sorry about the grammar but i am pissed hope this reaches people so they dont fal for this crap. and you guys are he is just copying and pasteing the same pitch
