| Bought 3 items in early November. All offered 2 -3 and 3 - 4 week shipping. One hasnt shipped and apparently isnt going to. Waiting to see if they refund like promised. Other 2 are in "customs" since early December. Bad deals, poor response, not worth the trouble!! |

| Bought a voucher for auto detailing. Spent months trying to get an appointment. Number usually out of service or no answer. My friend had similar problems and finally got a credit from dealfind. Dealfind has told me that I redeemed my voucher in June (which I haven't) but how do your prove that you haven't used a voucher? There's no accountability here at all. |

|

I have had issues with Dealfind like others on this post. So much so that I had a fair amount in Dealfind dollars built up which I had planned to use to buy the ICOO tablet that came on sale in Oct / Nov 2012. Well January 2013 rolls around and after pestering them as much as I could (since the beginning of December), they finally let me know that they could not complete the order and decided to refund me the money.
That's nice and all but I didn't want my money back in dealfind dollars and no longer wish to do business with this company... complained to Dealfind and stated that I wanted my money but they indicated that this matter was closed and that I had received a refund per their policy. I did not see in their policy where it stated that Dealfind dollars were to be returned as dealfind dollars but never the less this is not an answer that I wanted to hear.
Have complained to the Better Business Bureau and sent formal correspondance to Dealfind. I hope that people take from this post the warning to beware of Dealfind. |

DealFind is not offered by Kijiji.
Where are you finding it offered? |

I have also been scammed by dealfind. I went through the email system, even received a few replies stringing me along... then nothing.
I ordered Gillette razors 5 months ago. They gave me an email saying they were shipped in October. Liars!
I will be filing a report with the BBB and submitting a letter to a good friend of mine who works for our local paper (with references to all the poor souls listed here and on other forums as backup).
All this for want of a simple refund. |

So I have to add to the growing list of people being ripped off by dealfind.com. The misses has been waiting for a refund for almost two months and I have been waiting for several weeks.
The misses: She purchased a deal and when it came, it was a box of junk that looked like it came from the $1 store. She complained and they replied to her (a reply was a shock) and said that they would refund her and give her an additional something (can't remember) in the next couple of days. That was weeks ago, and she still has nothing. They are ignoring her emails now too.
Me: I ordered two cleaning deals around a year ago. Have tried several times to contact them and they NEVER reply to voice mail messages, or answer their phone. After trying for this past year, I have given up and requested a refund from dealfind. I informed them of all my attempts to contact these cleaners etc. They are ignoring all email requests.
These guys are scammers and we will never use them again. Please take this as a warning. Do not use dealfind.com! |

|
|
| I was just on the phone with Visa. I attempted to have them charge back the amount I paid for the item that I never received. The end result is that I couldn't register a formal dispute because I had waited too long! They have strict criteria about how they handle complaints. Basically, if you don't receive your product within the time frame that Dealfind advertises, then you should contact Visa (or whichever credit card you used), straight away. They want to see documentation (email threads) of any discussion you had with Dealfind. The Visa person told me that there weren't a lot of disputes about Dealfind in their system, which surprises me. This means that other people who are getting scammed probably don't realize that they can enlist their credit card company to fight on their behalf. Spread the word. Make Dealfind pay. |

| I ordered 2 vouchers for car detailing in November . I called the company to schedule the appointment, and they had to move, but told me to keep checking the website. To date they still have not moved. I have left voicemails and emails with customer service, no response. I also ordered an epilator, which was supposed to arrive no later then January 17th. I have sent 6 emails, and left three voicemails, with no response from anybody. Would anybody be interested in taking this legally as a group? I think that would be the only way to get any response or our money back.. Please advise, as I think this is completely unacceptable and they need to be taught a lesson. |

Please everyone save your money. DealFind is becoming a huge scam. They owe me over $ 200.00. No product and no reply to the many emails I have sent. The phone number is a scam also. I would love to take this company to court for misleading us all. You always get one item and then that is it. BBB will be contacted but don,t have to much faith in them. Will not stop though. Anyone else want to jump on the band wagon and let's take this so called company down. They are a disgrace. |

I see lot of other people have also been ripped off by dealfind. But has anyone successfully got their money back?
both vouchers I purchased - the businesses closed before I could use the voucher. dealfind won't refund - offered me a $5 discount on a future purchase lol
but seriously I see some of you have contacted BBB but has anyone looked in to taking legal action? |
