Television is better than books.
TV is more entertaining but books teach you more.

Girls have it better than boys.
I disagree. I think girls have it tougher and have to prove more, plus they worry more.

Cats make better pets than dogs.
I disagree because cats never seem very loyal.

Animals should not be kept in cages.
I don't like to but sometimes you have to keep them caged for their own protection. But I think all animals deserve free time.

I think they were started with good intentions but with steroids and everything else going on the good will has gone by the wayside.

I agree/disagree, TV does have some great educational programs
some learn more from seeing instead of reading

Disagree, Boys still get farther in society then girls although things
are much better then years ago.

Disagree, Dogs are a far more "interactive" pet. They can do many more
activities, are able to accompany us on walks etc.

There are many good programs now on television, but nothing beats a good book, I found when learning to speak english books where a big help with a dictionary beside me, I also taught my kids when reading and don't understand a word to look it up..

I think it depends on the person, for myself I am allergic to cats and I find they sleep too much anyways......lol, right now I prefer my nice Dragon that is VERY low maintenance

No I dont think so, but I think that the holidays should be different, dont like how long the summer holiday is, should be broken up 6 months on 1 month off

Depends, I think like another poster it started out to be a great thing, but now its about a competition on which country has a better show. Use that extra money for the athletes
